1. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping price varies based on what type of product is purchased. Shipping prices will be displayed at checkout after a shipping address is entered. Free shipping is available on orders over $35.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most orders without custom items are processed within 24 hours of ordering. Orders with custom items require max an additional 1 week for creation. Shipping times are displayed during checkout. Orders containing Made To Order (MTO) items will be shipped out once all MTO items are completed.

3. WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your order is not received within 14 days of shipping notification, please email me. Contact button is below.

4. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
At this time, I only ship to the 50 United States and Washington D.C.

5. ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?
Yes, returns are accepted within 21 days after delivery. Refer to the Policies page for the full return policy.

6. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM WORK/COMMISSIONS?
