1. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Orders under 10 ounces are $5 for shipping through USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders over 10 ounces are $9 for shipping through USPS Priority Mail.
Free shipping is available on orders over $35.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Processing for orders without custom items is 1 day.
Orders with custom items require an additional 2 days for creation totaling 3 days for processing.
USPS Ground advantage is 3 to 5 business days and USPS Priority Mail is 1 to 3 business days after your order is processed. Both shipping methods include package tracking.

3. WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your order is not received within 10 days of shipping notification, please email me (contact button below).

4. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
At this time, I only ship to the 50 United States and Washington D.C.

5. ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?
Yes, returns are accepted within 21 days after delivery. Refer to the Policies page for the full return policy.

6. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM WORK/COMMISSIONS?
Yes! I offer custom stickers of people, pets, and objects. In addition to custom greeting cards and painted artwork. Please contact me to discuss what you’re thinking of!
