✴︎ Returns are accepted within 21 days after delivery. Products must be in unused AND new condition with all original tags/packaging to be eligible. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Refund will be processed once return is received and accepted.

✴︎ Exchanges are accepted within 21 days after delivery. Products must be in unused AND new condition with all original tags/packaging to be eligible. Return postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. New delivery postage will be covered by SolFlo Studio. When contacting me about an exchange, please write which items you would like to exchange and for what. If after the exchange there is store credit remaining, a refund will be processed.
