✴︎ Limited Warranty: 1-year (365 days) standard warranty on all body beads beginning on date of delivery. If the beads break, I will replace item at no additional cost. This does not cover elastic stretching, tarnishing, fading, and/or other wear and tear from normal use. A warranty claim is accepted only if the string breaks rendering the body beads unwearable. Unlimited amount of claims in 1-year limited warranty timeframe.

✴︎ Extended Lifetime Warranty: An extended warranty is available to cover breakage after limited warranty ends. If beads break, a replacement for half the price (before tax and any discount) they were bought at can be claimed. If the style is no longer available, a suitable replacement can be made by buyer. This extended warranty is available for life after the 1-year warranty expires and has no claim limit. Extended warranty must be purchased before limited warranty ends. Extended warranties must be purchased for each individual set of body beads. Extended warranties are not transferrable between items. Unlimited amount of claims can be made.

R E T U R N S
✴︎ Returns are accepted within 21 days after delivery. Products must be in unused AND new condition with all original tags/packaging to be eligible. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Refund will be processed once return is received and accepted.

E X C H A N G E S
✴︎ Exchanges are accepted within 21 days after delivery. Products must be in unused AND new condition with all original tags/packaging to be eligible. Return postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. New delivery postage will be covered by SolFlo Studio. When contacting me about an exchange, please write which items you would like to exchange and for what. If after the exchange there is store credit remaining, a refund will be processed.
