SolFlo Studio is proudly owned and operated by me (Lan), a Vietnamese-American woman, in Metro-Detroit, Michigan.

The name comes from my motto: lead with love and let your soul flow. I feel when love is at the forefront of our thoughts and actions, we open the door to connect in deeper, more meaningful ways. By allowing love to lead the way, we do less harm and our soul’s purest expression is given a platform to be received. 

Whatever the case, love is the answer. Love welcomes empathy. With genuine understanding and acceptance, we make the world a brighter, better, and warmer place to be. 

Here at SolFlo Studio, I strive to remind you how connected we are to each other and how our choices affect things within and around us. I imagine a world where we live in harmony with our neighbors and wild planet. I am on a journey to strengthen the bridge between ourself, those around us, and our home, Planet Earth, through various forms of art and expression. 

My mission is to make art accessible, to empower and foster a creative mindset in and out of the studio. I believe with a creative mindset, there are no limits to who you can be and what you can do. I want to open the realm of possibilities through nurturing our inner artist. 

As of now, SolFlo Studio is a room in my home. My vision is to grow SolFlo Studio into a public space where everyone is welcome to make art and explore their creativity without worry of cost or judgment. Every ounce of support directly helps in making that dream a reality.
